Washington Episcopal School is seeking a full-time Elementary Grades teacher. The candidate will be responsible for implementing an elementary program including the core homeroom subjects of language arts, mathematics, and social studies. Responsive Classroom experience is highly recommended. Teachers within grade levels work closely together as a team to ensure each child’s success. The candidate will also work collaboratively with division colleagues and administrators on curriculum development and integration of technology.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in elementary education, with a graduate degree preferred, and will have demonstrated successful experience with elementary school-aged children.
