The Landon School seeks a College Counseling Assistant . The College Counseling Assistant will join a team which includes a Director and two Associate Directors of College Counseling. The successful candidate will pay careful attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and have strong interpersonal and office skills. The duties of of the College Counseling Assistant will include, but are not limited to the following:
Serve as Office Manager for the College Counseling Office
Provide administrative support to Director and two Associate Directors of College Counseling
Coordinate and proctor PSAT and AP exams
Manage Naviance and eDocs, the electronic systems used to manage students’ college applications• Schedule visits from college and university representatives
The College Counseling Assistant is a full-time, 10-month position will receive a competitive salary and benefits. Qualified candidates should have a bachelors degree and relevant experience. Please send resume and cover letter to David_Toomer@Landon.net.
