The Director of Teaching and Learning is an academic leader in The Field School community and works closely with classroom teachers to sustain and promote Field’s model of teaching. The Director of Teaching and Learning’s primary focus is to encourage and support the professional growth and classroom training of the faculty. The position reports directly to the Dean of Faculty and collaborates extensively with Department Chairs, the Dean of Curriculum, and the New Teacher Program coordinators.
