Landon School is an independent school for boys in grades 3–12, located on a beautiful 75 acre campus in Bethesda, Maryland. Founded in 1929, our mission is to prepare talented boys for productive lives as accomplished, responsible, and caring men whose actions are guided by the principles of perseverance, teamwork, honor, and fair play.

Landon seeks a part-time Technical Director/Theater Manager for the 2021-22 school year to aid in executing the technical aspects of the Landon School’s productions, concerts, and programming. The Technical Director/Theater Manager will assist in the operation and designing of lighting, sound, projections, scenery, and costumes for the Upper School Spring Production, the Middle School Winter Production, and the Lower School Production. The  Technical Director/Theater Manager will also assist in the set-up, running, and strike of the school’s various concerts throughout the year and events including Instrumental Concerts, and other school wide events as needed throughout the school year.  The Technical Director/Theater Manager will also oversee the general upkeep of the school’s theater facilities including the Coates Auditorium, Scene Shop, and Costume Shop.
