Landon School is an independent school for boys in grades 3–12, located on a beautiful 75 acre campus in Bethesda, Maryland. The Educational Technology Innovator and Coordinator (ETIC) is responsible for working with students, teachers, librarians, and administrators to effectively integrate educational technology in a manner that enhances teaching and learning in the Lower and Middle Schools. This role will entail assisting in the creation, use, and maintenance of design learning labs in both the Lower and Middle Schools, empowering students to be critical thinkers and ethical users of information, hardware, and software. The ETIC will collaborate with teachers and the Director of Educational Technology and Libraries to carry out a coordinated digital citizenship and media literacy program, working with students and faculty on a regular basis to reinforce these ideas.
