National Cathedral School, located in the heart of Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced Communications Director for a full-time position beginning July 1, 2021. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an integrated marketing and communications program that supports NCS’s strategic priorities and communicates NCS’s unique attributes and accomplishments with external and internal constituents. This senior-level position, reporting directly to the Head of School, serves on the administrative team to ensure all communications reflect the school’s values and highest institutional priorities. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and several years’ experience in a relevant field. NCS is committed to leadership in multicultural education and a culturally diverse faculty and staff and seeks applications for this position from candidates who will contribute to an atmosphere in which all are valued and supported.
