Health Education Teacher (Part-time 70%)
The part-time health educator is a temporary position, for the remainder of the 2021-2022 academic year, reporting to the Head of the Intermediate School. This position is 70% full-time and not eligible for benefits. The health educator will teach developmentally appropriate curriculum to students in grades 5-8, promoting their physical and intellectual growth, as well as providing positive guidance to support their social and emotional development. The person in this role is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment and must establish positive and productive relationships with families to provide consistency and support for the development of the students.
