National Presbyterian School, an independent co-educational elementary (Nursery-Grade 6) school located in Washington, DC, seeks a full-time maternity leave substitute Reading Specialist to work with Pre-Kindergarten through Second Grade from March 1, 2022 until May 2, 2022. The Reading Specialist will participate fully in the life of the school. These duties and responsibilities include mentoring teachers in reading instruction, leading whole and small group instruction, assessing student progress, collaborating with homeroom teachers and specialists, communicating with parents, and serving on committees.
