Sidwell Friends, a coeducational Quaker day school, seeks to find a full-time classroom teacher for our 2nd grade classroom for the 2022-23 school year. This individual would join a team of 3 other 2nd grade teachers and would lead a classroom of 16 students. The Lower School program seeks to foster a love of learning and provide children with a firm grounding in the core academic subjects (reading, writing, social studies and math). It is built around rigorous intellectual exploration and joyful discovery.
