Technology Support Specialist
The Technology Support Specialist position is responsible for providing technical assistance to the Episcopal High School community. This position troubleshoots computer hardware, software, and tablet devices. They will manage and track support tickets and oversee the LATER Office help desk which opens at 7:45am. Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. This position will report to the Chief Technology Officer.
