Maret School is seeking a highly skilled Chief Building Engineer to join our Facilities Department in creating a safe, efficient, and comfortable environment for the school community. This role reports to the Director of Facilities and joins a small but highly experienced team. The Chief Building Engineer is responsible for a wide variety of hands-on assignments from minor to multi-faceted and provides complex planned maintenance and in-house repairs to extend the lifespan of equipment, prevent breakdowns, and optimize performance. The Chief Building Engineer must be a collaborative, hard-working, and creative problem-solver.
