US Substitute French Teacher
National Cathedral School (NCS) announces a search for an Interim full-time Upper School French Teacher. The position begins in mid to late-January 2024 and runs through June 7, 2024. The candidate will teach classes at different levels (Levels 1 through 5). Native or native-like fluency and experience in teaching French are essential. The upper school French program introduces students to French vocabulary, grammar, and syntax fundamentals while fostering the skills required for foreign language study. The NCS French program focuses on developing students’ oral proficiency and cultural awareness, enabling students to communicate effectively in real-life contexts with other French speakers.
