SUMMARY  Reporting to the Assistant Director of Development, the Gift Processing Associate will be responsible for managing the timely processing and acknowledgment of all gifts, pledges, pledge payments, matching gifts, memorial and tribute gifts, stock donations, gifts-in-kind, and other contributions. Working with Development colleagues, s/he will process acknowledgment letters, pledge reminders and respond to donor calls and emails about donations. S/he will be responsible for database updates and working to maintain a high level of data accuracy. They will be sufficiently knowledgeable about our donor database, Raiser’s Edge, as well as credit card processing and prospect research systems.
