The Lab School of Washington, an independent school for children with learning differences, has an opening for a full-time middle school math teacher beginning with the 2024-2025 school year. Ideally, the candidate would hold certification in math or special education, be willing and able to pursue certification in math or special education, or be certification-eligible in the District of Columbia. Our ideal candidate will also have a Master's degree, experience teaching students with specific learning differences, and be knowledgeable in teaching foundational math concepts through pre-algebra skills.
