Substitute Lower School Social Worker (March - mid-June 2024)
The Lab School seeks a full-time Social Worker with excellent skills in the Lower School working with elementary age students (grades 1-4) with learning differences, as well as consulting with parents and teachers. Lab uses an interdisciplinary team model; the ideal candidate will have excellent collaborative work skills, as well as be able to work independently in a dynamic learning environment. Candidates should have experience and skills working with students with learning differences, as well as skills supporting students from a perspective of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. The primary role involves serving as a mental health resource for the division.
