Landon seeks talented and energetic candidates for a Teacher Development Program focusing on teaching, diversity, and coaching. This is a two-year experience, starting in the 2025-26 school year, aimed at those interested in beginning their careers in an independent school setting. Program members will be provided guidance, mentorship, and support in the areas of teaching; diversity, equity, and inclusion work; and coaching in the athletic or performing arts program – three of the main pillars of the Landon faculty experience. Main responsibilities will include teaching one to two classes, supporting the school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work under the guidance of the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and coaching two to three athletic or performing arts seasons.
