Landon seeks an innovative and inspirational Upper School Art Teacher to join its faculty of teacher-coach-mentors for a full-time for the 2024-2025 school year. in preparing and mentoring students in the culture, technology, and process of Ceramics. Successful candidates will demonstrate aptitude to participate in a collaborative working environment with nine other Art Department faculty with an extensive knowledge of art materials, dedicated to the ethical, intellectual, physical, and social development of boys through the visual arts. Candidates must be interested in working with ninth through twelfth grade students of all abilities to help develop their use of clay as a artform. Samples of student and personal work may be requested from candidates later in the process. The position includes coaching and advising responsibilities in addition to classroom teaching and offers many chances to engage with students beyond the classroom.?
