National Presbyterian School, an independent co-educational elementary (Prek3-Grade 6) school located in Washington, DC, seeks a long-term Substitute Second Grade Teaching Associate to begin August 26, 2024 with an end date of January 24, 2025. Under the guidance of the Second Grade Homeroom Teachers, the Substitute Second Grade Teaching Associate will work in classrooms to support instruction in all subject areas, lead small groups and assist with daily classroom responsibilities. The Substitute Second Grade Teaching Associate will also participate fully in the life of the school by attending grade level and full faculty meetings and assuming duties related to lunch, recess, and dismissal.
