Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) office, including overseeing hiring processes, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. This is a full-time position and will report to both the Director of FInance and Operations for all payroll and audit (both financial and ERISA) matters and to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer for all other responsibilities. Duties/Responsibilities: Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
