The Assistant provides direct administrative and clerical support to the Head of Middle School, shares leadership for efficient and professional management of daily operations, including the hiring and onboarding of new employees, manages the Head of Middle School’s professional calendar and the daily student attendance process, develops the weekly parent bulletin, and assists with daily oversight of the Middle School.
