The Primary School Co-teacher is half of a two-person team in one of our Primary School classrooms. Guided by our Inquiry and SEL-based pedagogy and the theory and practice of the Responsive Classroom, the Co-teacher works with the lead homeroom teacher, resource and specialist teachers, and other teachers to support instruction throughout the day. The Co-teacher participates in regular collaborative team meetings and faculty training in the Primary School and across the school.
