Bullis School seeks a dynamic, visionary Directorof Entrepreneurship to lead and advance its K–12 Entrepreneurship Program, beginning July 1, 2026. This 12-month, full-time position serves as the program's strategic and instructional leader, reporting to the Associate Head of School. The Director also chairs the Upper School Entrepreneurship Department and teaches up to three courses annually, and supports co-curricular initiatives such as Business Club, DECA, and related student-led ventures. This role is ideal for an educator and innovator who is passionate about experiential learning and committed to expanding opportunities for students to engage in authentic, purpose-driven work.

Entrepreneurship stands at the forefront of this work, offering students opportunities to engage with mentors, tackle authentic challenges, and bring original ideas to life.
From early exposure to entrepreneurial thinking to advanced capstone experiences—such as the 12th-grade Entrepreneurship Capstone and Shark Tank—students develop creativity, resilience, and the confidence to take initiative. The Director of Entrepreneurship will shape this vision, ensuring a program that is bold, connected, and deeply relevant to the world students are preparing to enter.

Education and Experience
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in entrepreneurship, business, or related disciplines
Demonstrated leadership in curriculum or program development
Preferred:
Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, International Affairs, Accounting, or related field
Teaching certificates
Experience teaching in a technology-rich environment
